During our trip to Eastern Anatolia, we did not experience any problems in all hotels. Except for this hotel. We booked our place at the hotel as soon as we planned the trip. After confirming and discussing the price ten days ago, the hotel did not act ethically by asking us for the price that day. The door to our room was not locking. This lock was not done during the two days we stayed. Since the air conditioners were turned on and off from the headquarters, we could not use it fully. Moreover, the staff behaved extremely badly. The furniture of the room looks good but the curtains were extremely dirty. I don't recommend it to anyone. A complete disappointment.
