I really had a great time at this fabulous hotel. I enjoyed everything, especially the breakfast, the pool and all the activities offered. Special thanks to the manager, el famoso Gianni who fulfilled all our expectations. It was a fabulous stay !!!!

I visited this place for 10 nights and was very disappointed. Do not go here if you have no kids or want peace. Good things: Staff are fantastic. Friendly hard working and even though most had no English we managed to communicate. All inclusive drinks good. Included bottles of wine, pints of beer and a glass of champagne. Good choice for lunch and breakfast but only had dinner there one time as we couldn’t hear ourselves speak, Breakfast has freshly squeezed Orange juice which was fab Beds comfortable Get beach towels with a €10 deposit Near beach Bad things This is a massive complex. Even a staff member described it as a zoo The buffet holds over 1300 people and has three settings for each meal Thousands of people constantly on the move Queues for bar queues for buffet queues for lifts queues to walk up and down the stairs Noise noise and more noise “entertainment” included two 3 foot speakers blaring out dreadful music with dreadful “entertainment” staff screaming out announcements over a microphone €12 a night for parking. Outrageous cost. No free parking on streets it’s all meters so they have a captive audience €3 a night for safe Not much choice of restaurants as most restaurants are part of all inclusive complexes

We spent excellent holidays there with moski and the team, there was a good variety of food and the entertaining guys could not do nothing to please my kids in the pool and activities. we would defo recommend the place

Animadores top! Josema, Triana, Ernesto e Rosi. A comida do bar é boa. A musica é boa e os entretenimentos também. Adorei o escorrega e wipeout. O quarto é grande e a ventoinha é muito util, pois faz muito calor!

Me olvidé los aliñe adores dentales en el desayuno, creía que ya no las conseguiría recuperar y gracias a una chica del hotel llamada gabriela me hizo el gran favor de buscarlas y las encontró!!! Muchas gracias al hotel y su personal que además de cosas como estas realizan un gran trabajo, camareros, animadores, cocineros…

Llevamos en el hotel alojados 3 días, estamos encantados con el trato del personal, la comida perfecta y la animación inmejorable, todo el día estamos entretenidos con las actividades y especialmente mencionar a Ernesto gran persona subirle el sueldo y hacerlo fijo no dejarlo escapar.

Tanto las instalaciones, como el servicio excelente, para venir en familia es perfecto, la animación es espectacular que se involucran desde el minuto 1 y la verdad, te dejan huella,para los niños y no tan niños, de verdad, te lo pasas pipa con ellos. ESPECIAL MENCION a Ernesto mi hermano dominicano, José Mari y Triana. Muchas gracias por todo. PD: no jueguen al ajedrez con Ernesto, y sobretodo no apuesten a vestirse de flamenca.

Lo mejor las instalaciones, lo peor no enfría el aire acondicionado, el bufet malo y corto y un bullicio en el comedor enorme, montones de mesas sin recoger, lo entiendo por qué no había personal suficiente que por cierto peleando entre ellos.
