Everything was absolutely fantastic, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out. Humnah and Noveel made sure we had a pleasant and satisfying experience in the breakfast area, always greeting us with a smile. Shuja and Zeeshan were equally helpful and efficient during the checkout process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.
