Brilliant hotel. Friendly staff, efficient service, great cleanliness and very secure. Having booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and all three not having any issues is rare. Top marks and fully recommended.

The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

The hotel has a good location, very close to the attraction Faisal Mosque, and there is a famous shopping mall Centaur nearby (Picture 1). In Picture 2 fast food, you can understand the price of the Centaur Mall in Islamabad, which is 1:28. Not satisfied with the hotel, 600 yuan is only equivalent to the domestic service quality and level of 300 yuan. But this is not the problem of this hotel, but that the country of Pakistan is too poor and backward, and the overall standard in all aspects is poor. Ambience: Now coming to negative points: the guesthouse is in serious need of renovation. The sheets were old and paled. The bathroom tiles were fading. Room view: The second negative point is room view. If you’re someone who care for room views like me, you’d be disappointed.
