First time ever I was totally impressed with the level of service received which changed my perception not only about the country , moreover about the city itself. I’ll definitely come back to Islamabad and when I do, I’ll only stay at the Marriott Hotel as everyone there will make you feel at home

The hotel has a good location, very close to the attraction Faisal Mosque, and there is a famous shopping mall Centaur nearby (Picture 1). Not satisfied with the hotel, 600 yuan is only equivalent to the domestic service quality and level of 300 yuan. But this is not the problem of this hotel, but that the country of Pakistan is too poor and backward, and the overall standard in all aspects is poor. Pakistan’s hotels are not like Vietnam and Cambodia. Many scenic spots are well managed by foreign investment. Pakistan does not have a tourism industry, so hotels are managed by locals, and the standard is not high. Ugh! If it weren't for the epidemic that you couldn't return to the country, who would come to this horrible place in Pakistan?

Similar to domestic apartments, business suites are about 80 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bathroom and public bathroom (no shower). Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them.
