It's within walking distance from the ferry terminal, and the price is reasonable. You can hold your suitcase until 3pm on the day you check out.

We stayed here for the second time this year. What absolutely didn't improve are the staff. I get that you don't like your low paying job, but you can at least be kind to the guests. They don't greet you when you arrive or leave, they just keep staring at their computers. One morning there were no beach towels left and they just didn't seem to care: "I guess you can buy them somewhere if you really need them." Really? That's your response? On our last day we were told, 10 minutes beforehand, that there would be no water pressure in our rooms for 5 hours straight: "You can shower/use the toilet at the poolside." Apart from that, the rooms are ok. We booked a twin bed room though, but were given a double king. The rooms are noisy, you can especially hear the people in the room above you. If you really need your sleep, keep that in mind. One last tip, put your valuables and stuff you really can't go without in the safe. The staff have some quick-working fingers. Our medicine and perfume were stolen the first time we stayed here.

I just have to say… This hotel far surpassed my expectations! I found such a good price that I was a little hesitant as to what it would be like. However, all I can say is, I was extremely pleased, and will definitely stay here again! The staff is absolutely wonderful… welcoming, friendly and very accommodating! The rooms are large and have a mini fridge and a coffee pot. In the shower there is a shampoo and body wash dispenser. Another nice perk is the free bottled water they supply daily. They also have a hydration station to refill as often as necessary. The location is perfect! Literally a 2 minute walk from the ferry terminal, a 5 minute walk to Playa Centro and 8-10 minute walk to Playa Norte. Directly next-door is a place to rent golf carts if you choose to do so. Keep in mind there is no where to park a golf cart at the hotel. I have read where some guests have complained about the noise, but that was never a problem for us. Yes, you are on a busy street but with the air running in the room, you honestly cannot hear it. Our room even faced the street and it was never an issue. I cannot wait to return to the island and stay here again!

Beautiful boutique hotel, if your looking for fancy this is not your place. Staff was amazing, the best French toast and great little sports bar 35 pecos a beer. Going back in August we had a wonderful time. The island is *** friendly and the location is awesome.

I was very positively surprised by this hotel. Very clean and well maintained, and the check-in and check-out experience was pretty light and quick. I love how they provide you with beach towels even though they're not super close to the beach (about 10 min walk to the Playa del Norte). The pool is pretty good (better than it looks in pics) and there is a small store with handy stuff to purchase.

No way to sleep in such a noisy place! There is a constant and vibrant engine noise in the whole hotel, plus a recurrent very noisy start of engine every 30-40 minutes. If you are sensitive to noice, this is a place to avoid by all means! The staff could not care less to find a solution for me (in fact they know that there is no solution...), just offered another room which was supposed to be less noisy - but just less, as well as ear plugs, which were useless. The management was nowhere to be seen, and refused the reimbursement of the nights which were already paid - that made my stay in Isla Mujeres very expensive as I had to move to another hotel! The bathroom's tabs were not fixed but functional. The only nice thing in this hotel is the swimming pool + it is clean. If you want to be downtown next to the ferry, it is also convenient.

The location was wonderful, because we could go check in right as we got off the ferry with a very short walk. Obviously, also a short walk to playa norte and a lot of the restaurants in the area. The shower was not the best, and the AC was also pretty limited. It was good for a one night stay but I don't think I would recommend it for longer stays.

Perfect hotel. Well designed entrance, bar and pool. We got a Bay View room, which was excellent. Great view over the water as the ferries and boats come in. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Good air conditioning. Easy walk to the North Beach and to the city for restaurants and shopping. Across the street is a great place for lunch / dinner called Marina Bartolome Seafood Restaurant. It has an air conditioned eating area.
