Casa Lola was a dream! We had a group of girls staying there over the weekend for a bachelorette and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The house itself was beautiful. Rooms were cleaned, had everything you needed, and perfectly decorated. The highlight was honestly the service Daniel and his team provided. Our place was spotless all the time because they were constantly checking in with us and making sure things are tidied up when it needed to be. They are quick to respond to our requests and questions. The private chef that they provided was beyond amazing. I was the only one that didn’t eat meat or cheese out of 12 girls, and the chef went out of the way to prepare an entire menu for me at every single meal. He even made a whole separate cake just for me. Everything was just so thought out and 5-star quality. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for everything!!

Grab your friends and get yourself to this amazing house! We went as a group of 14 (7 couples) to celebrate our 40th birthdays and could not have asked for a better stay. The house was incredible, 7 large rooms, all with en suites and 6 with ocean views. The pool and beach access were incredible and the outdoor area was the perfect place to relax and spend time with friends. The service was second to none! We worked with the concierge team ahead of time and they ensured the entire trip was seamless, from booking our transportation to preparing meals, planning yoga, fishing, massages and even a fire dancing show. The staff was always available but never intrusive. We had most of our meals prepared by the chef and everything was amazing (and we have quite a few foodies in the group). We would come back in a heartbeat!

Lola is truly amazing! I stayed for 9 nights to celebrate by 50th birthday. The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating. The concierge was also incredible and very responsive. They helped with everything- drivers, private ferries, dinner reservations, getting a band to play one night at the house, and more! The house itself is breathtaking. Each room is special and the views are beautiful. Our chef was also incredible, serving delicious daily breakfasts and a few other meals as well. I highly encourage you to rent Lola!

I just helped facilitate a retreat for 10 highly successful female business owners with very high standards and a lot of travel experience. They absolutely loved the Casa Lola/Encantada. The property (both houses combined) is gorgeous, and the lush greenery makes it feel very private. The rooms all have very comfortable beds, and with the exception of 3 rooms, they all have great views as well. The real highlight for me, though, was the staff. Everyone from Candy the property manager to the concierge team to the chefs to the cleaning and maintenance crews were happy to go out of their way to ensure we had the best experience possible. Their level of customer service rivals that of some 5-star properties I’ve worked with before. The food was also phenomenal. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking to host a luxury retreat or other small event and want the same amenities and support you’d receive from a hotel.

Very nice house, very clean, great service and friendly staff. Looks just like the pictures and very peaceful and private with short golf cart ride to some great restaurants and fun bars. Went with 5 couples and all rooms were very comfortable.

The staff was very accommodating and the pictures were exactly how the property looked in person! Beautiful home and outdoor area! I recommend utilizing the chef option, the food was amazing. Peaceful and relaxing, with restaurants and fun nearby!

Amazing vacation at Villa Encantada thru Coco B. The house was the most beautiful home with an amazing staff. The staff were so warm & welcoming to all of our many requests. I went here for a birthday celebration with 8 women. The staff prepared our meals which were better than any restaurants on the island. The best fresh food!! They arranged a boat ride for us, in-house massages for us etc. The best vacation.

This spacious and clean house/hotel seems to be designed and run as a corporate retreat. We rented it as 4 women with 4 kids. It didn’t suit our needs as it wasn’t private and secluded as we had hoped. There are a lot of very helpful and friendly staff around outside the hotel and in the hotel. The pool and yard are visible to the neighboring house, which can be rented as well. It’s the not the kind of place to unwind and watch a movie in your underclothes as someone may walk in at any moment and restock your coffee (which is kind and appreciated, don’t get me wrong, it’s just not a private home). There is no television. It’s very sp**** and the decor can feel cold (there are some built in cushioned benches, but no actual sofa). That said, it is a pretty home, just not cozy and private. If you’re looking for a corporate retreat and you’re comfortable with a hotel like environment, you may like it. If you’re looking for a quiet and private beach home, this isn’t it. I don’t love mentioning this part, but it’s important to know that the island streets are littered with garbage.
