The hotel has a beautiful beach, swimming pool and paddling pool. The sea is very beautiful. Our room had a sea view. The hotel's buffet has a wide variety and good quality. There are 5 restaurants to choose from, so just make a reservation in advance. The resort is full of restaurants, food trucks, and bars. The activities are also very rich, with several performances in the evening. Activities for guests are also organized.

Great new hotel, visited on the off season but still enjoyed ourselves! Hotel beach was great, jumping in the waves was the best. The extra restaurant included in Privileged passes was worth the extra money due to its accessibility. Drinks were great bar times reasonable (did I try to get pool drinks at 10? maybe. They only open at 11 for booze).

This is my first all inclusive at Mexico and it was an overall positive experience.
Pros:
There are varied of food selection and entertainment for all ages.
There is a playground for baby and a baby friendly pool.
The hotel staff did a really good job with keeping the facilities cleans and cleaning my room.
Staff was friendly and approachable
Cons:
I wished there was a changing table for baby in every washroom so I didn’t have to go around searching for one.
It would help a lot if the hotel provided clear signs regarding which restaurant are for privilege members only and it does mention it on the room card they provide to you during check in but that is not something I carry around with me all the time.
The shops don’t accept cash which was surprising and is something they should mention to the guest
The reservation for some restaurant are extremely limited and I wasn’t able to book any seats for the time I was there

Our cleaning lady shattered our property and stole
Money from our room. You can’t get reservations to anywhere because everything is booked so you’re forced to eat in the buffet . Take your
Money elsewhere this place is full of dishonest staff .

It was my first time in Mexico and it was my honeymoon. I found the place beautiful, clean, very pleasant staff and great food. Everything you can ask for in a resort was fully there. Just some small thoughts to consider, it’s a little far away so excursions to Chichén Itzá etc will require a lot of time in the bus and trip to tulum are far away. Other than those things the resort is 10/10

One of our rooms had a water leak from the ceiling. We had to use the bath towels to wipe the floors and prevent further wetness. It was in the room of our elder aunt and she was afraid of her safety walking around the wet floors.

The resort is ok if you want to go a couple of days to relax and not leave the resort. The transportation company, taxi, that the hotel uses is extremely expensive. You can call an Uber but you must wait outside the property gates for it. They try an intimidate you by saying be careful of using Uber. The restaurant at the resort are booked completely because the spaces are small. If it wasn’t for a mishap and the guest service manager pulling string; my family and I would not have had the chance to try any of the restaurants. The customer service was subpar especially for a resort but one server Giovanni was excellent. The cleanliness of the place was not good at all, when we pulled out the bed it was disgusting but the next day the guest service fixed it. It’s very unfortunate about this resort experience because with the right staffing it has the potential to be a really nice one.

Dining was reservations only, and hard to get into. Breakfast was cold at the buffet, and also service was slow. The night entertainment was the same thing…dancing. Pool was cold and both of the swim up bars were in the shade.
Very unsafe at the disco bar!! Caught the bartender putting something powdery in my daughter’s drink. Tried to record the next time, but they caught on to it. Sad that you’re at a resort and you have to watch if your drink gets roofied.
Rooms were fine, beach was probably the best part.
