We were not satisfied with our stay. Cleanness of room was not great, shower had mold, towels and sheets had stains. Food was not great. Also golf carts and boats that guests use to be transported around property are not efficient. You have to wait around 10 minutes for them to come..

It was a great experience Yajaira from the pool is really kind and awesome Nicole super friendly and entertaining Cesar and Ricky did their best to make us feel great !!! They were really nice with my kid . Super professional and welcoming Thanks

i’m giving the resort 4 stars due to the fact that the hotel is so gigantic there are not enough go carts coming around to transport you from point A to point B also I had an issue with my room key card where it got deactivated and had to go all the way back to the lobby to get it reset and then come back to my room and test it and it didn’t work again. Big inconvenience I was not happy about that. Also the beach was nice however there was just too much seaweed in the ocean to really enjoy it. However there are some pros about this hotel : the food was very good I cannot complain I enjoy that a lot the room that I had in family selection was beautiful I had a lot of room it was the room with a loft with a outdoor Jacuzzi which we enjoyed every night. it is possible that I would come back to this hotel again.

We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres. We took advantage of many of the activities that were there for our family to use. We especially enjoyed the archery classes with Hugo, who was patient and did a great job explaining how to use the equipment while maintaining a sense of fun. Jean took us on a paddleboarding trip around the waterways at GP and was knowledgeable and great to talk to; we also enjoyed the water exercise classes she led. Our Family Selection butlers Sebastian and Luis made sure we knew everything going on that day at the resort, were able to get the restaurant reseverations we wanted and arranged transporation for us for check out. They were helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. If we had any "complaints," it would be the seaweed on the beach - but I believe that is anywhere in & around Cancun these days. There was an active effort to get it cleaned up on a daily basis and that's all we could ask for.
