Enigmatic Beach Hotel

Updated and realistic photos need to be submitted for this property. By far the best representation of false advertising. The “deluxe” room was not even close to deluxe. Upon entry the room was noticeably damp and dark, the sheets were practically wet. There were no screens on the windows, and gaps so large in the windows that bugs for sure could come through. We asked for an upgrade and we were put into a hostel, across the street. Again hugely disappointed in the room offerings. The music was so loud until 1am, it was disturbing. Then there was a festival next door that they failed to mention, it went until 8:00 AM! So loud our bed was shaking from the bass. And fireworks at 2 am…This was a huge disappointment that they didn’t inform us about this festival next door… we would have stayed somewhere else. Unacceptable. The pool was dirty and deck unsafe the outdoor furniture breaking down and covered in bird poop, the drinks and food expensive. Subpar.

Well. Let's put it that way..1. don't believe what you see in the pictures. It is not what you get at all. 2. You would think you are on the beach. Nope you need to go to the main road and cross the street then go down the stairs and pass all hostel rooms and the beach club and then you reach the beach. It's basically 1meter of sand beach. 3. The room itself is so so damp. The linen was almost wet. Bathroom is very dark you won't be able to do a make up. It's that dark. 4. The music from next door restaurant starts 8 and finishes midnight. It looks you are in the night club. So no quiet atmosphere all day! If you are not a party person, it is not for you! 5. Anyone can walk in the area. No security or no one to check who is coming and why. Not safe at all. It is like a basement with no ventilation and high level of humidity!
