Staff was very friendly, room was super clean and comfortable. Hotel is small and private so our stay was pleasant. I recommend this hotel and will definately consider staying here next time I travel to Isla Mujeres.

The husband and I booked a studio room for our 2 week stay on Isla Mujeres. Being a regular on the island i had a good idea of whats available and what to expect. This hotel is the perfect little oasis in the center. The hotel is close to all attractions within walking distance but still quiet and safe with a gorgeous tropical garden. We had the top floor studio that was spacious, clean with lots of sunshine coming from all sides. Oscar and Cassandra were very welcoming and spoke good english. We choose this hotel in part because they had a pool on the premises but its run down and not so appealing. But at the end it didnt bother us much. Overall we would definately stay at Isla Caracol again on our next trip

The hotel is well located to bars, beach and restaurants. I also felt quite safe and the room was clean. Having the mini-frig was convenient but the hotel offers no coffee. They only provided two bath towels per room. No hand towels, washcloths were available. The few hangers and lack of hooks was also something they could easily remedy. I would also suggest having more than one mirror in the room as the only mirror was a small one over the sink. Little things could vastly improve this establishment which could take it from too basic to comfy for a minimal price.

Very well located, but not very well signposted, too bad for them because this small hotel has a lot of charm, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The swimming pool located in the inner courtyard is a plus, very good value for money. Very nice.

Helpful staff, free beach/pool towels, excellent location 10 minutes walk from Playa Norte, near the ferry station and in an area full of clubs and restaurants. So-so cleanliness, dated, unwelcoming room, smell of humidity in the room, lack of bedside tables, air conditioner on the bed dripping.

Pésima y terrible experiencia en este hotel.
Pésimo hotel, instalaciones demasiado gastadas, mi mamá sufrió una caída fuerte por no tener señalamientos de escalones, el piso de la entrada es irregular, y al comentarlo con el personal de recepción, no dijeron nada, solo sonrieron. No se puede descansar pues al lado hay un bar ruidoso y la habitación no tiene privacidad, las cortinas no pueden permanecer abiertas ya que se ve toda la habitación por dentro, además de que había muchos moscos. Las fotos del hotel son engañosas, las áreas verdes y la alberca son demasiado pequeñas. En general fue una terrible estancia por el precio que se pagó. Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel al día siguiente y por unos pesos más, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en otro hotel. Sugerencia no te hospedes si vienes con personas de la tercera edad o niños pequeños.
