I stayed for two nights with my partner, the walls had stains, many rooms did not work, the gastronomic offer is poor. Do not let the waitresses enter the room when you are not there. I can only praise the unparalleled views that this paradise has, which if it were in another context I would go every time I could. Hopefully, over time, conditions will improve and they will really have 3 stars.

Visitamos el hotel a finales de julio y lo único bueno que podemos resaltar es la limpieza de las habitaciones y reconocer el esfuerzo que tiene que hacer el personal de carpeta o seguridad para cada vez que uno necesite abrir la habitación vaya y nos de ese servicio ya que es inaudito que exista una sola llave electrónica para todo el hotel. La comida es mala y mal elaborada, no hay animación, no hay sevicio de TV digital ni canales por cable, no hay servicio WIFI, es doloroso ver la destrucción que tiene el hotel en las habitaciones del edificio principal, el salón del bar piscina no se vio limpio en los 5 días de estancia y se respiraba en general una desmotivación del personal.

Servicio muy lento. Perros por doquier en el área de piscina y bar. Me descontaron de la tarjeta y no reconocieron el pago, luego tuve que pagar en efectivo. Ahora es mi problema recuperar mi dinero que ya ellos descontaron
