They cannot find my booking. I have to wait for over one hour before the manager sorted it out ; apparently someone mix my name with other passengers. The front desk, people very bureaucratic and inflexible , They wasted a lot of time

Slightly dated but still functional. Further walk from station than thought, but close to lively restaurant area and sento.
The river cruise is also close.
Not the best Washington Hotel but still a good standard.

This is a well-managed hotel, so although it's a bit old, it's clean and tidy. The air conditioning is a bit lacking, and I wish the staff spoke English better.

There are two convenient sinks. The first floor also has a wide selection of drinks, which is very convenient. While the breakfast had a wide variety, it wasn't quite to our taste. I think it was just okay, but the value was average. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very cold, and I was sweating while sleeping.
