壁が薄く隣の部屋のいびきが聞こえるほど。 クロスも汚れており、別途際のコンセントも壊れている。 扉は建付けが悪いのかしまりが悪く女性の力では結構難しいかも。 元々マンションをホテルにしているので、防音などちゃんとしているかなと思っていたのに真逆でした。

ワンルームマンションがホテルになったようなところです。
電子レンジも洗濯機もあり、便利です。
廊下は外廊下です。
それなりに内装は古いですが、清掃は行き届いており、浴槽まわりに毛髪は見つからず、ポットに水滴が残っていませんでした。
ただ、壁が薄く、別部屋の話し声も結構よく聞こえます。
また、洗濯機の夜の利用は禁止ですが、ルール破りの人がいると、夜中に洗濯機の振動が低い音で伝わってきます。

良かったところ ・宿泊者に「いろはす」500mlのお水をくれる。フロントの掲示にそう買いてある。口頭での説明は無し。毎朝フロントで言わないとくれない。忘れてる客、掲示を見落としてる客には知らん顔して渡さない。タオル交換の時も水のことを言わないので、あくまで客からの申請式というか、まあ、そういうこと。 ・テレビが32インチとそこそこ大きめ。Amazon FIRE TV stick使うなら第一世代くらいの古いやつの方がWi-Fiスピード遅くても普通に見れる。新型のFIRE TV stickだと読み込みすら困難かもしれない。 良くなかったところ ・三ヶ月も前から四泊以上の予約を入れていたのに、宿泊初日の受付の時になって「ご希望の8階の部屋は満室ですので、5階のお部屋になります。」と言われる。希望していた8階の部屋を割り当てられず5階の眺めの悪い部屋。 満室になっているとわかっているなら予約段階の時に連絡すべきなのに、キャンセルできない当日になってそんなこと言われても困る。 三ヶ月前の予約の時にすでに8階の部屋が取れないのなら他のホテルを予約することだってできたのに！ 希望した部屋が取れないという大事なことをあえて隠して、当日になって騙し討ちをみたいなことよく普通にできるよなと。 ・壁が薄くて隣近所の音が筒抜け。夜中に給湯器なのか洗濯機の水が抜ける音なのか、その音が割と大きく響き「コン・・・・コン・・・・」と延々鳴る。 他、有線LANの方が無線より速度が遅かったり室内が微妙にボロだったり、そこはもう古いから仕方ないよなと思うけど結構高いんだよねここ。

離島ターミナル、繁華街（食事・お土産屋等々）は徒歩8分くらい。隣にはコンビニがあるし、少し歩くと海へお散歩もできます。部屋には乾燥機付き洗濯機があり、連日ダイビングだったので、とても助かりました。洗剤は受付で50円で購入できるのもありがたかったです。受付の方々も感じが良く、気持ちのいい対応でした。ちょっと古いマンションの一室という感じです。またダイビング旅の時はお世話になりたいです。

夜遅くの到着なので空きがあるか心配していた駐車場も満車ではなく、駐車料金は一括前払いでレンタカーを止めることができ、決められた駐車スペースに自由に車の出入りができました。石垣港離島ターミナルまで徒歩圏内（徒歩１０分程度）でした。一つ道を隔てた隣にコンビニがあるので便利な立地でした。ホテルでリゾート気分とはいきませんが、宿泊基地・移動拠点としてはお勧めです。

若干中心部へは歩く事になりますが気になる程ではないです。部屋は電子レンジや洗濯機もあり長期滞在にも良さそう。部屋の扉が錆等による老朽で扉が閉まり辛かったり鍵が掛けにくい時がある以外は快適に過ごせます
