they sold a room to me they did not have available, then couldnt match what I had paid for, I asked if they would wave the cancellation cost if I found an alternative accom, they said yes. i left and then they refused to honor the refund as promised, stay away from here, its closing down they do not care at all, and is now just a money grab.
