A few weeks ago I read a review titled “pathetic pile of poo.” From this moment I was worried… where do I even begin me and 4 friends stayed last week and it really was just a shambles. From having to rent towels and bedding to having to collect the keys from a 15 min walk away ? In total I have phoned the office 37 times and they never picked up. The only way to get in touch with them is to go to there office which seems to only be open at 2 hours per time. Moving forward just the comfort of the eidelweiss was atrocious , 5 raggy stained pillows from the mid 2000s hurled at your rock solid cell bed for you to try and sleep on. The only thing that was semi decent was the fact there was heating but even that was fairly sporadic. Our apartment apparently accommodated 8 but in no way would that of been possible. Walking back with a bag full of used sheets to there office on checkout day I wondered to myself what on earth is this. We managed to get our deposit back because we paid with cash and had to essentially hold there hand through the whole process. Truly the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in. Avoid at all costs if you can.

this establishment is not worth the asking price especially to end up with an apartment for 8 people in a quasi-basement with a view of a wall the resort is nice but not this residence which is surely starting to date more than

Very disappointed... Very pleasant staff on arrival. Requires a clean apartment when we leave but when we arrive we find an apartment that is moderately clean (dirty table - disgusting mess)... No outlet on the work surface: forced to put the toaster on a chair, the coffee maker on the floor and the kettle on the TV cabinet. We wanted to ask for an extension but reception is supposed to close at 6 p.m. but at 5:40 p.m. no one answers us. The shared premises are dirty...

The title already says it all!! Never seen staff!! Common area always dirty!! Elevator never went and we were on the 4th floor and in any case it only reached the 3rd!! Rubbish around!! Dirty apartment!! The staff does not check and does not clean!!!! Ruined furniture, very small 20" TV!! Oven all dirty and broken!!!! Dirty windows!! Very uncomfortable and small beds and pillows!!! Never again !!

the photos given on the internet did not correspond to reality at all. part of the floor was broken. There were no instructions for the heater, so we slept in the cold one night. the bed turned out to be a pull-out sofa bed, okay… but it squeaked and ended up against a cupboard. there was no place to move the bed, so we had to constantly climb over the bed if we wanted to go in or out. the television didn't work either. the sheets are paper thin. There are two thick blankets in the room, although their hygiene is questionable. the cutlery was also not completely clean. the towels we received contained the text 'Ghent University Hospital', which Belgians have questions about. Okay, they must have been steamed, but it gives a very uncomfortable feeling when using them, don't they have their "own" towels? the accommodation was completely out of balance with the price we paid. The atmospheric photos on the internet could be a little more close to reality, right?

Clean, spacious, well-equipped and ideally located apartment. Departure from the Belle Étoile chairlift approximately 100m away. Pleasant stay despite the noise generated by groups of young people who crowd into neighboring apartments by the dozen.

Exceptional and very professional reception staff but dirty common premises, elevator broken for several days, dirty hob! The promotional rate via VEEPE does not allow everything! Only the understanding of the receptionists at the 2 Alpes agency who relocated us allows us to avoid the “HORRIBLE” situation.

Establishment to avoid, very dirty stairs and accommodation ditto. Tomato sauce on Interior doors, noisy, I have never seen such a dirty establishment. We didn't even dare to put down our suitcases, we left immediately.

dirty residence. poor cleaning inside the accommodation. I found a forgotten dirty sock. the sheets were forgotten even though we paid for them in the service. Forced to claim them. The same goes for the maintenance kit. Very poorly soundproofed apartment with party people in the residence. on the other hand large terrace and well located but remains very expensive for the quality.
