One of the best ski resort hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff and management were absolutely lovely. The location was perfect (about 20ft from the chair lift). Rooms clean and modern. Good ski breakfast. Great bar - fantastic staff, drinks, pool table, light bites.

Wonderfull season opener at this Hotel. Definitely worth the money. Very good and gentle service. Definitely coming back ! The rooms are very spacious and tiny, breakfast is very good before a whole day of skiing.

Great welcome, great manager, a very good relationship and an exchange of rooms which did not suit us, in 5 minutes solution found, only one downside the little provided breakfast, to be reviewed for an ultimate note. I highly recommend for the staff, the quality of the room and the location

End of my family stay, I am already nostalgic for this place. We had a great holiday in a very pleasant, modern and very well renovated place. Hotel located at the edge of the slopes which facilitates the departure in the morning for a good day of skiing and allowed my children to be able to have fun at the end of the day with the sled. Really great. I would also like to thank the staff who listened to us and gave us lots of great restaurants and wonderful trails to do. I recommend without hesitation

Hôtel refait à neuf récemment avec goût. Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique, souriante et de bons conseils. Personnel en salle, discret et souriant. Un peu bruyant car pas de double vitrage. Petit déjeuner moyen mais à la hauteur d’un hôtel trois-étoiles français.

J´avais réservé l'hôtel vendredi et samedi soir pour prolonger notre séjour étant en location jusqu'au vendredi. J´informe l´hôtel que l´on ne pourra pas venir, le petit frère de mon mari étant décédé en début de semaine et la fracture du doigt au snowpark de mon fils. J´ai l´acte de décès et l´arrêt maladie d´une semaine de mon fils. Malgré cela aucun remboursement, même partiel, alors que j´ai prévenu de notre incapacité de venir à l´avance pour le week-end. J´aurai dû peut être passer par booking ou tripadvisor pour la réservation au lieu de réserver directement l´hôtel. Au moins sur ces platformes ils protègent un peu mieux les clients. Des personnes inhumaines !!! Sans cœur !!! Hôtel à éviter...
