Having come to Ise to visit Ise Shrine, while I had to work online, I needed a good internet access and selected this hotel. The building is new and super clean overall. It should have been perfect if the internet access was good, though the location is a bit away from Ise Shrine and the Ise stations. Two reasons why I give just three stars. 1. The most important thing - Internet access! Terrible. Wifi keeps falling, and I need to reset the Wifi on mobile and the laptop. VPN is no way. Zoom didn't work, either. Just pathetic. With the third call with the front desk, I got a router, which never had a Wifi signal and was useless. I ended up bringing out my Rakuten pocket router, and it was able to make my day, whew!  I'm sure the hotel staff would help till I get the comfortable internet access. I tried but lost a patience after having called them three times (I was 7-minute late for my Zoom meeting, being hassled to get connected, that should be a good reason to take one star down, too).2. I wanted to use the big bathtub for a comfort from my long trip, but I got hesitated to pass through the front area and didn't go and use. The hotel allows the guests to wear Yukata and Tanzen to come to the bath, but I didn't want to. I don't get how the guests can be comfortable in Yukata in lobby. Even with my regular clothes, well, I couldn't imagine myself passing through the people at the front desk right after taking the bath... There's a convenience store just across the road, but very few other places of note in the immediate vicinity. My son was always high tension, ”Zashiki straw! Awesome!” It was said that only four people could enter the joint bath, but even if they entered four times during the morning and night, they did not take another room. Breakfast was not a breakfast venue, but I had a baked fish meal in the room next to the room I stayed in. I stayed for 2 nights and received 2 times, but the type of fish and small bowls were changed and I was able to eat without getting tired. The hotel is about a 17-minute walk from Ise City Train Station, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to and from Ise City Train Station, which runs every 20 minutes, so the transportation is quite convenient. The hotel is close to the railway tracks, and there is a slight noise from the train passing by. However, there are no trains passing by after 11:30 pm and before 5 am, so it will have no impact on normal sleepers. Breakfast is a simple buffet with not many varieties, but the quality is good and the milk is delicious. Recommended accommodation.
