This really is a beautiful place :) *Clean *The garden is filled with beautiful plants *Hot tub, Sauna and pool *Quiet Max and his family are so welcoming and helpful with whatever you need. We had two fantastic 4-course dinners this easter at the residence. Breakfast every morning. Looking forward to our next trip to Ischia. I cannot say enough good things about my family's stay here. The accommodations were great, thee grounds impeccable with an amazing pool, sauna, and jacuzzi and the food incredible. Many of the ingredients come from their orchard. Cristina, Antonio, Max, and Maurizio were incredible hosts and helped plan day trips!

We can highly recommend this place. You won’t regret! It was our second time at residence villa Cristina. Amazing place, garden, food is delicious, the level of hospitality was once again super great. Friendly, open hearted , helpful owners! The place is good for everyone, kids are treated great! We hope and plan to come back to this small cozy paradise!

The location is very unfortunate, if you are without a car, it is too dangerous to walk on a busy road to the beach Check-in - no check-out and check-out, they do not do check-out Services - sauna and jacuzzi do not work, pool is ok Accommodation - old furniture in the rooms, damp, creepy smell, clothes do not dry, terrible uncomfortable pillows that cannot be changed, no hair dryer Food - regular breakfasts, delicious dinners for an additional fee

Massimo acted dishonorably and dishonestly, deceived!!! I have been to Italy countless times in different regions, to Ischia already 4 times, but this is the first time I have come across such deceit and arrogance!! Made an advance payment in cash for accommodation, half board, city tax, advance for drinks. I paid for everything at once so as not to spend / not lose cash. When paying, Massimo said that you need to pay a city tax of 2 euros for 11 days of stay. I paid this tax. Later, I found out that according to local laws, the city tax is taken no more than 7 days in advance, 2 euros is the maximum rate for staying in a 5-star hotel! The villa is clearly not 5 star.. Massimo charged me a tax for more days at the maximum rate. For some reason, I had to leave early. Didn't refund the room and board. Perhaps this corresponds to the conditions of cancellation of the reservation. BUT!!! At check out Massimo billed 4 glasses (not liters) of house wine and 2 bottles of water in the amount of 34 euros. This is the most expensive house wine I have ever had in Italy!! Complete disappointment! Be vigilant, ask in advance how much it costs, ask for a check for each service and check!

Very quiet residence, immersed in the luxuriant nature of Ischia at the foot of the Epomeo. Beautiful swimming pool among palm trees, sauna and hot tub. We took advantage of the half board, with excellent Ischia cuisine, dinners prepared by Mr Massimiliano and his mother of excellent quality. The owners have always been very kind, attentive, and we have not had any problems. Excellent quality / price ratio. Strongly recommended by Francesca, Dorella and Marina.

Old rooms, kitchen pots cutlery to throw away, uncomfortable bed, intrusive owner in the rooms, well-kept in sight, non-existent welcome. Upon our arrival the owner left the keys in our hand without even showing us the room and immediately said to be quiet (my husband and I had only said thank you), not even water in the fridge and for the whole holiday time there was no we have never felt welcome guests . (perhaps because we went out to dinner going around the island and not with them). We travel a lot, I can say that I have had better hospitality even in Cambodia. The garden is nice but it's not really worth staying because of the owner

Il residence Villa Cristina offre ospitalità in alloggi, confortevoli e con dotazione completa di punto cottura e frigorifero, inseriti in un giardino molto curato e davvero accogliente, dove trovano posto anche la piscina con solarium, la vasca per idromassaggio e la sauna. La zona ristorante, informale ma molto accogliente, si affaccia sull'orto e sulle vigne. Decisamente buona l'offerta della colazione, con possibilità di scegliere fra l'omelette, i salumi e i formaggi e l'alternativa dolce di cornetti, biscotti e ciambellone fatto in casa dalla signora Cristina, sempre fresco. La struttura è posta in una zona residenziale, molto tranquilla; dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dal porto e dalla spiaggia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti la chiesetta del Purgatorio, un supermercato ed altri esercizi commerciali. La nostra vacanza è stata davvero piacevole, immersi nel verde del giardino creato nel corso degli anni dall'amore e dalla passione del signor Antonio. Che dire, siamo partiti da Ischia col desiderio di tornarci quanto prima!!
