A classic hotel in the best sense of the word, preserving the soul of Ischia. Warm and friendly staff - reception, maids, restaurant workers, cozy room, wonderful addition - swimming pools, saunas. Minor shortcomings are compensated by a wonderful attitude and willingness to help in any matter. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I will definitely come back.

An old hotel without Wifi
An old hotel. There was weak telephone network coverage in the room. Wifi is needed to connect. The first 2 days without wifi. On the third day it worked sometimes but would disconnect after 5 minutes. It didn't work with 4 different devices. The receptionist replied that his cell phone was working and that he couldn't help me. In 2025, I expect a much better service.

Arriving at this hotel, the hall was truly amazing, but there was small rooms and very important no English breakfast, no pan cake, no sausages or bacon for breakfast,no exotic fruit and no dried fruit,just apple,orange and Mandarine like in the hospital!there was cold pizzas for breakfast and there was also no toaster, the It took the kitchen 20 minutes to toast two slices of bread.Furthermore, the evenings are never lively, no music, such a beautiful but useless hall, a bit of piano bar?! Entertainment if it rains? I recommend the owner a nice trip to visit other hotels

Stay from 29 December to 4 January 2024. Welcoming, clean and well-located hotel, outdoor thermal pools much appreciated. Professional and helpful staff. The only note is not exactly excellent for the breakfast buffet. In any case, we will return.
