I had requested an offer to stay with 7p. The hotel made a mistake and offered a prize for 5p. The correct prize for 7p is too high for us and now they don’t want to refund the prepayment. I’ve stayed in Ischgl many times and I have never experienced such incorrect behavior.

great hotel, very clean and comfortable. dinner is at the level of a gourmet restaurant. staff is very helpful and welcoming. great location, just by Silveratta cable car we stayed in 3 different rooms, all were great. enjoyed every day we stayed there and will come back in the future.

I can not praise the staff and management highly enough. This a superb hotel and more than rated it’s 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. From the gourmet food, the amazing facilities and oh so friendly staff (especially Oliver and Emily). I can’t wait to come back here!

If you want some space or value for your money, this is NOT the place to be. The room was less than small, the design, ikea 1970 and the trip from the bed to the bad room almost looked like a parcour. Not to get you in the mood of a nice fun ski trip. This place is out dated to say the least. The rooms are smaller than a camper van. Not valued 4 stars at all

it was for the first time that I stayed in the 4 stars YsclaHotel , been in ischgl several times. all was fine: the rooms, , the hotel stuff and of course the food (I recommend to take half board) the ski run is near the hotel , also the gondola. in my opinion is a very good choice regarding also to money value

One of the worst stays in my life! We were staying in an apartment nearby and came for a dinner , terrible service, this "so called super chef " was a disgrace ! Very impolite , food was below average...avoid by all means!

Ein TOP Hotel, welches familiengeführt ist. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen, vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out eine 100%ig engagierte Leistung. Die Inhaberfamilie ist von früh am Morgen bis spät am Abend voll präsent und ansprechbar. Mein persönlicher Dank nach Frau Parth, die so nett war PERSÖNLICH mir ein Polohemd aufzubügeln. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Dazu eine hervorragendes ** Restaurant im Hause, welches ich ebenso uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.

Authentische Fürsorge, herzlicher Service und sensationelles Essen – jedes Gericht ein Genuss! Zum Frühstück erwartet einen zusätzlich zum Buffet eine kleine, feine Karte für frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Wer Halbpension bucht, wird es schwer haben, sich unter den abendlichen Angeboten zu entscheiden – zumal er nach der nachmittäglichen Jause wohl noch wenig Hunger hat. Selbst nächtlicher Straßenlärm tat unserem Urlaubsgefühl keinen Abbruch. Wir kommen wieder!
