The Perch is a small but cute hotel about one block from the beach. The owners speak both Spanish and English, making all conversation easy. The rooms were on the smaller side, but we spent most of our time out of the room so that wasn't a problem. A perk of this hotel is that they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for guests to use for free. It was unexpected but made our time at the beach so much more comfortable.

We are differently letting our family and friends know about this place ❤️💙💛 it's are first night and I do have to say it's relaxing 😌 beautiful very clean friendly ppl iloveit so far so good 😊 the view to the beach is just out of this world I am very proud of my husband for finding this place all on his own thank you babe🥰 we definitely needed this Hideaway to enjoy with our 5-year-old daughter on her birthday 🎂 🥳 I'm so in love with The Perch hotel the owner of this place is a genius💫

An excellent small hotel perfectly located across the street from a beautiful Isabela Beach ..There are small bars and restaurants nearby , but most don't serve breakfast . The hotel has a coffee maker and bar fridge in each room. There is a pretty balcony to relax on. Rooms are updated , clean and neat. The management are extremely friendly and bilingual

We had the pleasure of staying at the Perch Hotel this week in Isabela, Puerto Rico. If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable play to stay, go with them. Our room had a kitchenette, plenty of room, ocean view, and access to the beach. They have beach chairs and coolers for free use. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Pet friendly and very accommodating. Cool AC and fast Wifi!
