Nice hotel room. Several issues: I've stayed here 2 times and there is never hot water in the shower. The hotel listing always says the stay includes breakfast. This is not accurate. The hotel does not have breakfast. The hotel room this time had dirty washcloths in the bathroom. The internet is not reliable and only works for a very short time. I have had to use my own each time which is a concern. Also, the hotel room is accessed overhead as is the case with all hotel rooms. This time the violation of privacy had at least 10 people viewing me in my room, the shower, etc. The comments were disturbing to my stay.

I read a review that says the elevator is old and the hall way smells a little. Those are not wrong, but the room was okay and the staffs were kind. One cannot expect everything to be the best for this price because it was among the cheapest price around the airport. If you are looking for a quality lodging, you will need to spend more.

Shuttle services to the hotel, even in the midnight. Quite locations and services

This is a chain hotel. First of all, I feel that Ctrip's customer service gave me the ShuttleBus to pick up the shuttle bus for free. The hotel is very close to the airport and it takes almost 10 minutes to reach the airport. Besides breakfast, you can make your own waffles, which is still delicious. In the morning, the hotel departs on time to the airport class. It is convenient to wait in the lobby in advance.

We missed our flight our of DFW due to weather, so we booked online while at the airport and got a cab to the hotel. They gave us a quiet room which we requested which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable, all appliances worked in room. Bath was a bit small but it worked, nice hot shower with good pressure for rinsing hair. The suite is nice as there is a couch to sit on and a coffee table to sit and relax for a bit before heading to bed. A hotel shuttle would be nice to add.

Due to storms over DFW I missed my connection at 10:00pm and needed a place to crash for a few hours before my re-booked flight in the morning at 7:00am. I foolishly didn’t look up the reviews prior to booking this on the airline’s recommended “site” for accommodations. This is one of the scariest places I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting - the front desk attendant was nice enough but this is clearly a place where people live permanently as well as rent by the hour. Filthy doesn’t BEGIN to describe it. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke and filth and possibly previous corpses. Did not feel safe whatsoever. I stood in the middle of the room only long enough to book another place and get the heck out of there. Returned the keys to the front desk and caught a Lyft to the Westin across the freeway for triple the price. Worth every penny to wash the Oyo off me. Gross. Avoid at all costs.

Friendly staff,clean hotel, bright and modern..not like other hotels in chain which can be mediocre Only quibble breakfast could have been more varied on selection with more low calorie options. Internet connection was slow fora Zoom interview. Otherwise excellent.

I just moved here from Houston and my place was not ready and i needed an affordable place to stay for the night. and as i was searching i came across this hotel. Between the customer service and my stay i would say i made the best choice. Thank you guys!

This hotel has had to be one of the best that I have stayed in in quite some time. The front desk were extreme helpful when needed, they’re very nice! Never had a problem with them! 10/10 recommend! The service is amazing! Restaurant, vending machines, drinks were cold, fitness room and pool!

The young woman who checked us in was extremely nice and cheerful. The room was very basic, no frills but very clean, super comfy beds, VERY cold a/c, and close to the airport. Parking lot was well lit and we felt very safe. The young man at checkout was also very pleasant.
