The service of the shuttle bus was not good. We waited for half an hour and took another half to other two hotels then arrived at this one. The room is ok and the breakfast is very nice!

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They arranged the shuttle to collect me from the airport and also to get me to the car rental center in the morning, even though their vehicle was not available. Unfortunately I was only staying one night.

Excellent stay with convenient location with shuttle to/from the airport. Rooms were clean with kitchenette, so good for extended stays. Shuttle driver, Johnny, was professional & friendly driver who took care of me multiple trips during my stay.

This hotel is conveniently located from both DFW & Love field and right off the airport freeway. There is plenty of parkibg around the hotel Its a very short walk to the nice Aspen Creek Grill. I attached various pictures of my room, and spots around the hotel. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I'm unclear why some poor reviews. We had an excellent experience. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Shout out to Hannah on the early morning shift. She was a gem. We arrived around 5am and she was outstanding finding us a room at that early hour even though they were full. Note: shuttle only runs after 7am, and you must call to get it. We didn't use cause so early. Uber was around $15. Great amenities including complementary breakfast everyday including premade omelets, Greek yogurt, eggs, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, drinks. All day coffee and nice fruit flavored water. Very easy free parking. Walmart, McDonalds, and other convenient establishments walking distance. Not much in terms of sight seeing, but very convenient to airport. Nice free small gym, and free pool (didn't use though looked fine). Comfortable newer rooms with kitchens including microwave, even dishwasher large fridge, and full complement of dishes, utensils. Good free wifi and AC. Overall a great experience despite being very full. Never felt rushed and staff very polite and available.

Overall, good experience, but.......... We signed up for their shuttle to the airport two days prior to our mid-morning flight. We had to ask the clerk to get the driver 10 minutes after scheduled time, previously signed two days earlier. Then we were dropped off at the concourse pick up level (lower) when we should have been dropped off at the drop-off level. So, after taking a freight elevator and a long walk, we got to our spot where we had written and verbally confirmed with hotel and driver. So, while not a huge problem, disappointed, but would stay there again, but be much more forceful with the shuttle driver and the management!

We stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton on January 7-8, 2024. Our room was dirty. We cleaned it ourselves, and then we went to get refreshments, and they were all locked up. We had to wait for someone to open them for us. I use hilton honors for all my business travel and personal with over 200 stays every year this was the first time i was disappointed.

We booked and paid through Costco travel. The online reviews were great and the location was fantastic for what we needed on this trip. We booked months in advanced and when we looked at the website, we did not see any disclaimer regarding construction at the time of our travel. We did not check back: big mistake. I'll go into that a little later. Our flight arrived a little late and by the time we got our rental car and a late Whataburger, we were not to the hotel until around 1 AM. I made the reservation so I went to the lobby door and could not get in as I did not have a room key. I knocked and rang the bell over and over. I even found a gentleman outside that looked to be a shuttle driver and he banged on the glass windows as well. I'd say it took about 10 minutes before 2 gentlemen let me in. Both sounded to have African accents, 1 tall/young, 1 stout/middle aged. The younger gentleman proceeded to check me in. He asked me for my name but would not look up from his screen. I was attempting to hand him my ID card but he would only put his hand up as to gesture me to stop. Finally he instructed me to swipe my credit card for my balance. I clarified that I had paid my balance through Costco and I would only put my card on file for incidentals. He proceeded to say my first name with an incorrect last name and say that I had not paid. I tried to explain that name he said was not my name but again he gestured with his hand for me to stop and kept ignoring the ID card that I was presenting. He then told me that I had to pay my full balance. Again I explained that I had already paid it through Costco. The other gentleman behind the counter left assisting another customer that had walked in and the told the younger employee to find me a room and just put me in 1. He did and he made me 2 keys. On to the construction. The next day, the hammering began and it did not stop. I think it began just after 0730. It sounded like jackhammering above our heads. We were in and out of our rooms that day. The next day, the same thing. We were hoping that it was just a 1 day thing but shortly after 0730, it began again. I wasn't feeling well and we tried to rest. Our kids could not hear their TV even with the volume turned all the way up and I could not sleep. It was horrible. I called the front desk and the young man said that best they could do was not charge us a late check out fee or cancellation fee to go to another hotel. He said that construction was disclosed on their website and that we were supposed to be reminded upon check in. It turns out that there were many complaints and a storm came into the area. We aren't sure which did it but for our last 2 days, there wasn't any construction. THANK GOODNESS. But this hotel is overall great! The location is awesome, the hotel is in great shape, the breakfast is nice, the staff (besides the 2 at our first impression) is incredible, and we would visit again. We would just ensure that there wasn't any constructi

Terrible customer service at checkout. The person has no idea how to check me out. I had to leave before he figured it out cuz my Uber arrived. Had to call later to make sure he actually checked me out. No shuttle to airport late night/early morning even though I was advised there was. So I had to get an Uber.

The staff other than the GM was the best and was always responsive. The issue was the lack of response and demands by a non-present GM. The cost of the hotel was more than 2 other Hilton properties Hometown Suites and also the Hilton Garden Inn-These were less during the time as well.

I had a one day work trip and fly in to DFW late. But this hotel was a 15 minute drive from the Avis rental car lot. I attached pictures of the front, inside common areas and my room. I think they must Only have Queen beds. The bathroom was a little small but the rest of my stay was nice. There is a nice restaurant right next door, less than a minute walk, Aspen Creek Grill (see separate review)

Very disappointing as a Hilton Honors member with over 1 million points. Arrived in the dark but area did not look safe. not ample guest parking. Room decor was dated with avocados and wallpaper that look like it had been re-glued 10 times. fixtures and towel hooks in the bathroom were loose or broken. Tile and grout aged and dirty. The ceiling in shower had holes in it from all the humidity and aging drywall, and peeling paint that was unrepaired. breakfast disappointing with a very small spread and options. sound on TV not working and would cut out every 30 to 60 seconds. Poor soundproofing in rooms making every slamming door at 1 AM in the morning a great alarm clock. only positive was the hurricane force water pressure in the shower.
