Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel Reviews

Good for travel

Booked for a friend. This hotel is convenient for flying. Just pay attention to the opening and closing times of the relevant gates that are the same as the airport. It is more appropriate to transition for one night.

The pick-up service is good, but the hotel is close to the highway, which is a bit noisy.

The sound insulation of the hotel is very good, the bar downstairs is very convenient, the pick-up and drop-off service is very good, and the people are very friendly.

Good location, convenient to Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the morning, and the front desk directly said that there was no room, and we could not check in until 3 pm. But it didn't take long for another person next to her to check that there was a room. The service is really bad, I will definitely not stay next time.

My flight got cancelled and I am not comfortable using free motel 6 hotel offered by American airline. Motel 6 was not even that cheap . I don’t understand American Airlines logic anymore as with 50 dollars more you would provide a hotel like Sheraton for your customers. This is a gem that I did not expect. I am glad that I chose Sheraton the last minute. It is a quiet location close to airport. Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe and friendly staffs . Sheraton never failed me ! The price is very reasonable!

The free shuttle service to the airport was really nice and convenient. I had booked a king bed room but when I checked in at the front desk, they said there wasn't one available. They instead booked me a newly renovated double room with a nice view. Friendly service at the front desk.

I noticed other reviews about the airport shuttle but they really did go above and beyond with making sure I got picked up and dropped back off. I really appreciated the efforts especially with the unexpected weather delays. The hotel and room were great and restaurant food was delicious although portions were small. I highly recommend.
