It was really good and clean services. Breakfast was included which was all warm and fresh. Loved my stay, will stay there again

The hotel is really close to the airport, very convenient if you have a connection. I would give 5/5 to the hotel but I had an issue with the shuttle, is really hard to know where does the shuttle stops at the airport, there is no information on the hotel's website neither on trip.com. I had to call to the hotel for indications, they only said: go to the pickup point. At the end I had to ask a person working at the airport and he told me were the stop was, but, when the shuttle arrived it didn't stopped and I had to take a $17 Uber.

There was no mention of the pool being ripped out and filled in on Trip.com or on the hotel’s website. All still had pictures advertising a pool. However, we arrived to find we had no pool to enjoy. That was THE reason we chose this hotel. Disappointed is an understatement. The beds were the hardest beds I’ve EVER slept on. I would probably have done better on the floor, that’s how hard the bed was. The rooms were decent. Nice upgrades, but the housekeeping leaves a little to be desired. I would say this hotel is average at best.

There was no hot water in the room so I had to go to the first floor. There was a shuttle bus to the airport, which was convenient. There was a convenience store and Denny's nearby.

There are not many breakfast styles, only 5 types, but you can eat enough, and there are fruits; the service is very good, and you will be told that there is a shuttle bus, which is more convenient

The shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient. You can call the front desk for the location of the bus stop

Grundsätzlich ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut. Nah am DFW gelegen. Die Sauberkeit schien auch gut zu sein. DANN aber leider hatten wir eine richtig große Kakerlake auf dem Bett!!!😡😡 Die Managerin hat uns natürlich ein anderes Zimmer gegeben aber die Nacht war dann aber nicht besonders gut. Man hatte doch große Bedenken dass es in den anderen Zimmern genauso ist.

航班延誤了，改住一晚酒店，wingate這家位置方便離機場不遠，很乾凈，到達後電話酒店會有免費接機，courtesy vans這裏等就好

整體還可以，出差落腳好地方

乾淨衞生，床墊很厚，有免費早餐，免費到機場的擺渡車。定點發車。
