Got to the hotel after explaining that I wanted to check in immediately as it was 2am and that I'd pay online to do so. Everything was agreed upon via phone call, I paid and let them know Id be there in 10 mins. When I got there I was told I couldn't check in because it was too early. After about half an hour of refusing to leave because I had paid for a room then, I was rudely flung the keys to go. The next evening there was a cockroach in my room 😭 Absolute nigh**are. When I told front desk and asked if they can help me rid the roach they said no. Just told me to go to another room. When I asked for help to move my things as I was super afraid to go in the room with a roaming cockroach, I was told no and made to do it myself. It was such a horrible experience 😖 Service needs to be way better and staff need to learn to treat people with more kindness.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It seems that it has only recently been renovated, because it still has a little taste, everything is new, the soundproofing is a little bit not good, and the noise of the children next door can be heard. It is very friendly if you have to catch a plane at four or five in the morning. If you make an appoin**ent with the front desk the first day, there will be a free shuttle bus to pick you up the next morning.

The staff was nice they did move us one time due to the refrigerator not working and it smelled so bad. Then the next room shower had sewer smell coming up through it - we had no hot water in the sink then the next morning we only had like warm water to shower with. I mentioned it to the staff when leaving and they noted it. Definitely a place unfortunately I would not recommend.

No hot water in 3 different rooms. Had not been able to take a hot shower in multiple rooms. Shower would go from warm to cold in a few minutes. The staff were friendly and accommodating by allowing us to change rooms but the issue was never resolved. As of that’s just the way it is. Will not stay here again.

Reception and shuttle , restaurant all quite good but didn’t have hot water for a hot shower. Let it run long time like they said and yes tried the different knob -turner- swivel -handle directions , but was obvious they just ran out and I suffered , was hoping for first real hot shower after several weeks traveling in Mexico as a backpacker with little if ever any hot water, but that was not to be the case, unfortunately.

No hot water. A lot of flights were cancelled that day so I wrote it off to lots of use at the time but still none at 4 am. Check in was smooth and quick but don’t count on the bar/restaurant too much.

Great place and close to the airport if you need to stay a night before or after your flight! The bistro in-house is pretty good too.
