Waited at airport for shuttle for 45 mins outside super cold at night.
Wake up call set but never call.
Coffee missing 1 set of cream and sugar.
Run out of shower gel.
Hotel to Airport shuttle runs every 40 mins.
Good hotel for transit but with this price, services to be improved

All good except you need to call ahead to front desk if you want a shuttle from DFW to the property. Property to DFW no issues.

I wanted close to the airport, and the hotel was that! Between the constant road noise and the planes-taking-off-right-over-my-room noise, I finally fell asleep from exhaustion. Next time I will stay much farther away from the airport and drive there.

The room is very big. It is close to the airport, a few kilometers away. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport. Tell the hotel in advance. It starts at 3 am. The interval is about 40 minutes. It is quite convenient. Otherwise, taking an Uber is quite expensive. When we arrived at 1 am, it cost 40 US dollars from the airport.
