I wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15.
The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water.
Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. Thank you for reading my feedback and I hope it is helpful for future travelers.

Many areas of the hotel were clean, however it seemed as though my room carpet wasn't vacuumed. The lock on the room door was faulty so I used a chair to put against the door and the hallway noise was very loud late at night. Not the best night sleep.

We booked for overnight before our flight from DFW the next day. The room was cold, and we couldn't adjust the thermostat--guess we should have called for help. No extra blankets to help us seniors keep warm under the light weight covers! The light sensor in the closet stayed on too long. No bulb in a lamp at a work area.
The breakfast for 2 adults was $55 + tip. We had basic plated food from menu by wait staff. Expensive as was the dinner the night before. We didn't want to Uber to another place to eat as we had just supervised movers all day. Dallas is expensive, DFWM is too expensive for the average traveler.
This was a sad, disappointing experience for my husband and I.

Wasn’t planning to stay here but missed our connection. The bartenders were awesome and the front desk (Erica) were all helpful! The breakfast for $5 was outstanding!

First time at this hotel but have to say that courtesy shuttle took 45 minutes from the first call to the hotel. Should have stayed at Marriott South. Would not recommend this Dallas hotel

This hotel indicates on the website that it has a sauna but it does not. It also indicates that parking is 'available' but you have to pay $15 per day.

A truly comfortable, relaxing stay in what felt like a boutique/spa hotel. Customer service was amazing and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable and relaxing.

The front desk gentleman who checked us in was not friendly, he took my name, pulled up the next available room on his computer and handed me the key. Did not give us any information about the hotel, the restaurant or top golf facility, not even point us to the elevator. The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel location is nice with restaurants and shopping very close by. Our room was relatively clean except for a bright green stain on the comforter and a rip in the curtains.
