Nice hotel,good CS,yummy breakfast,near the center,will come back soon

The room was very nice and the view was great! Unfortunately, I booked a room with a kitchen. The microwave didn't work and the button said it was locked.

I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 p.m. and told the front desk that I hope to arrange a high-level executive, because I can only check in at 4:00 p.m. After waiting for nearly two hours, I still gave it to me when I checked in 2nd floor is arranged, the reason is unknown; let’s live on the 2nd floor, but it’s not available in other places; the TV remote control is not available, and it took 2 calls to deliver it, and there is no hair dryer. The child’s hair is wet after washing, and the air conditioner is completely on strike. It’s bad. In California, the air conditioner is not working. I had to use the sauna all night. I don’t know how the Marriott brand exists in Irving. I’ve lived in a Marriott in Boston and it’s very good, but this Irving Marriott is disappointing!

The service and facilities of this store are the worst among the hotels I stayed in this time. I called the housekeeping depar**ent because there was no mineral water in the room, but the other party said that there was no free mineral water, so I had to go to the lobby to buy it myself, and asked the front desk to get two pairs of slippers I also said no, the water in the shower room needs to be turned on for a long time to get hot water, and there are food residues left by the previous table on the breakfast table, which is very disappointing overall.

There is no service in this hotel. Parking a car is more bureaucratic than going to the government to do business. There are no slippers in the room. I called and sent a pair, saying that the stock was insufficient. Knocking on the door at 8:00 am to urge you to check out, seeing that we didn't get up, and saying to come back in an hour, it's really crazy
