A lovely couples` retreat.
We stay for one night and went "all out" in terms of spa treatments and dinner and you name it.
I found it to be well worth the $. Even in mid-winter.

The resort did not live up to my expectations. The facilities are showing their age and prices are ridiculously high. It is not an “oasis” in the middle of a forest, as the burgeoning small city of Irpin is encroaching on the property from all sides. Restaurant food is overpriced for its quality and the free breakfast is very unappetizing. The breakfast is exactly the same every day and is not tasty. Both “warm” food and “cold” food are the same room temperature. The only good aspect of the resort is the helpful and friendly staff. I don’t recommend this resort and spa.

This place is very well attended and good customer service. The reason for middle Man smiley is mainly 2 things:
1) No coffee in the rooms only Tea, I am a morning coffee man and is very important to my routine, there only answer was to use room service.
2) On the room booking it does not say does not include Spa access until you have booked when it says it, why would i visit a Spa resort and not want the spa access. It was not exactly a cheap room cost.
Woudl expect more from an expensive resort for Ukraine

Great place just outside Kiev. On the expensive side but very clean and beautiful room and hotel grounds. The only drawback is that there is no iron in the rooms. You have to use the laundry service if you need to iron something which is not good for a 5 star hotel

Loved the place, but it was unfortunate that the outdoor pools were closed (not in season yet). Other than that, it was a family friendly area and worth a weekend stay. The wifi was pretty bad, but if you’re trying to escape the city life then that’s a plus,

Были с семьей в спа. Первое знакомство с данным заведением, но остались самые тёплые впечатления. Это была пятница- людей вообще-не было. Шикарный бассейн, отличный и тёплый бассейн на улице. Классные бани , включая паровые и сухие. Обедали в спа- прекрасный выбор блюд, хорошие порции и вкусно. Нам все понравилось, придём ещё

Équivalent à un 3 étoiles Français. Les plus : + Le cadre est sympa, en forêt + Les hammams du SPA sont bien + Calme Les moins : - la chambre était horrible, sans décoration, très ancienne - pas de Wi-Fi dans la chambre (seulement a la réception) - presque pas de ménage dans la chambre (ils changent les serviettes mais ça s'arrête là, le lit n'est même pas fait) - service très mauvais en général du personnel, a l'exception d'un serveur. - aucune notion d'entrée/plat au restaurant, ils amènent les plats en même temps que les entrées (donc le plat est froid une fois l'entrée finie...). Attente très longue également même pour une salade ou boisson - SPA très cher pour le pays et surprises sur la facture, ils rajoutent des montants pour le "service" pour chaque chose commandée. Si vous commandez 10 boissons et 10 plats, vous serez facturés 200 (20x10) grivnas en plus, ce n'est indiqué nulle part. - 1 seul restaurant dans tout le complexe (1 seule carte) donc au bout de 48h on s'en lasse déjà (et les tarifs sont en revanche ceux d'un 5* ..) Bref, expérience très moyenne malgré le cadre sympa. Dommage.
