The room was very cozy and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Ebony at the front desk recommended a great place for dinner. There was a big selection for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Outdated, unfriendly, too expensive, and unhelpful. I’ll never give another penny to the hotel. Have a problem? Too bad. Need a quieter room. Tough beans. Nothing will bring my son and I back here. Stay elsewhere.

If I could rate my experience a zero, I would! This hotel is disgusting. There was BM on the toilet seat. The inside of the toilet was dirty. The shower hadn’t been cleaned and I cleaned it myself before I took a shower. The soap scum and spots readily came off while I washed it down. I pull back the sheets of the bed and you could vids Lu see where 2 bodies had laid in the bed. The sheets were not changed! We were exhausted from being on the motorcycle all day so we slept on the comforter. Going up the elevator, there was a guy from housekeeping in the elevator with us that strongly smelled of *********. Upon checking out, I told the front desk staff of the condition of our room and their only response was that I should have reported it the night before. It was a waste of 30,000 of my Choice Hotel points.

The hotel is outdated and the air conditioner didn't work. The fitness room is closed and filled with clutter. The guy at the front desk with the mustache is nice and helpful. Not a great hotel but he made our stay better than 0 stars.

Was an alright hotel stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The issues are the a/c units are the thru the wall window a/c units that really don't blow cool air. The hotel felt like it was 1981 again and needs an update and the breakfast room has so many tables and chairs you can move around.
