Нууу если честно, то если бы у меня были другие варианты, где остановиться - этот «отель» я бы не выбрала. Звукоизоляции 0. По сути это квартира из нескольких комнат, из которой сделали отель. Нет никакой навигации. Вокруг стройка. Ценник запредельный для таких условий. Но что поделать, был самый пик турсезона, деваться было некуда.

這家酒店呢是一家公寓，所以它是沒有前台的，所以這一點呢大家不要誤會。其次呢我會把入住的一些圖片告訴大家，防止大家找不到。這個小區的另一部分還在施工當中，但是並不影響入住。再次，它的配套還是比較齊全的，有廚房，冰箱，洗衣機，熨斗。這些啊，所以説感覺入住體驗還是可以的啊，那麼各位中國的朋友可以參考一下我的入住情況，來去尋找這個位置。至於隔音的問題我不太清楚，因為我入住的時候沒有那麼多人。

房間超大，窗外風景很美，安保設施很好，廚房也超乾淨，房東奶奶雖然衹會説俄語，但是很負責任的下樓接了迷路的我們，哦對，沒有前台，所以很難找

Средняя оценка за слово Отель в названии, это не отель, а хостел (просто выкупили весь этаж и сделали из комнат номера). Это очень сбило при бронировании, тк ожидали номера, а не комнату хоть и с ванной и туалетом. В связи с этим, звукоизоляция нулевая, как-будто в коммуналке живешь с другими людьми, за такую стоимость можно было снять квартиру в соседнем Доме уж точно, тк остановились там друзья.
Плюсы - это месторасположение и чистота.
Минусы - Это просто комната, плохая звукоизоляция, тк слышишь всех кто за дверью, это было максимально некомфортно, если было бы указано подробное описание «отеля», не бронировала бы его, тк это ХОСТЕЛ!

Итак, я оплатила сутки за проживание, по адресу Красных Мадьяр 29, это 3-4х подъездный дом. Чтоб попасть на территорию, в подъезд нужен ключ. Нас заселили на в 14.00, а около 11ти, доплату не взяли. На 9м этаже во 2м подъезде этаж хостел, типа того. Большая общая кухня, несколько столов, холодильник, посуда, отдельный кран фильтрованная вода. Вид из окна красивый. В комнате большая 2х спальная кровать, удобная, шкаф, тумбы, телевизор. Окно панорамное, шторы, батарея с регулировкой. Туалет с душевой общий, вроде как на 3 комнаты.

Отличный отель 👍🏻 дом новый, все чисто, есть кухня и все необходимое 👍🏻 недалеко ТЦ, во дворе детская площадка, парк для прогулок. Цены на аренду адекватные 👍🏻
