The hotel wins only due to its location! That's all)) quality of services (from reception to breakfast...), interior, amenities in the room, etc., etc., everything and everyone is somehow tired, creaky beds with thin pillows, bathrooms with the cheapest sanitary ware... "Floor seniors" - what kind of position is that?!)))) Why do they have such an unpleasant name?))) No matter how many times I've asked, the answer is the same - go to reception))) Well, and the last thing - return teaspoons to the rooms 🙈🤣 well, in fact, neither in economy nor in junior suites there are teaspoons!

Great hotel. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are good, the linen and towels are snow-white!

房間不大，但是非常市中心，樓下的沙威瑪超好吃，還運氣很好的看了火燒雲。讓打包了早餐，超級多真的是救命的，後面幾天都靠這個餅乾。

上午10點到，想放行李，説了好多好話，才同意放置行李。必須等到下午2點才能入住。在大廳沙發了坐着睡著了，被保安叫醒: 不能在大廳睡覺。下午2點到了，又排隊等到下午2點40，累呀。還是住民宿吧，早上到了可以趕快睡一覺。其他還挺好，唯一不能提前入住。家庭旅館一般都是可以的。
