The lady at the front desk doesn't speak English well but is very patient. She has a fat brother who can communicate easily with English. The room is clean and tidy, but the bed is really soft.

酒店適合休閑度假，就在安加拉河邊，比較安靜，位置不錯在市中心附近。周邊有咖啡館沒有餐館超市不太方便。房間不大，衞生間很小，特別是洗手池非常小上面還有一個玻璃擱板，洗臉衹能用浴缸上的龍頭。前台服務員耐心細緻，客房和餐廳的服務質量差一些。早餐一般，人不多，熱菜涼菜和主食都是涼的。

房間小，設施舊，早餐還可以，酒店位置緊鄰安加拉河，可傍晚沿河散步！但餐廳和咖啡廳經常有活動佔用，服務員對周圍飯店不瞭解，戴眼鏡的前台女孩子服務差，效率低，不耐心解答客人問題，自顧自己聊天！
