Я проживала в номере 605, должна была с 22 по 24.11, слава богу, на работе случился форс-мажор и я прилетела позже. Была одна ночевка, а не две. То, что вы видите на фото - это укус ПОСТЕЛЬНЫХ КЛОПОВ!!!!! Да, вот так вот. Получается, в отеле не проводят соответствующую обработку ни матрасов, ни подушек. А вы вот такие тепленькие лежите в кроватке, а вас едят, пока вы спите. Я сама врач дерматовенеролог, это по моей специальности. Фото заслуживает быть помещенным в дерматологический атлас, тут просто классика, прямо на задней поверхности бедра, над подколенной ямкой, где кожа тонкая, поверхностно лежат подкожные вены видны укусы, три очага, мы называем это завтрак, обед и ужин. Получается, что 24.11 в обед я улетела в Москву, пока ты летишь 6 с половиной часов назад, разница во времени 5 часов, ты устал, тебе ни до чего. Я начала вечером чесаться, но не обратила на это внимание, а в четверг утром очень даже обратила. Прошло больше недели, а эти эрозивные элементы не заживают. Я в пятницу 26.11 позвонила в отель и рассказала ситуацию, девушка на другом конце трубки начала охать и извиняться. Я сказала, что мне людей жалко, которые после меня там остановятся, нужно срочно менять подушки и матрасы и проводить обработку номеров. А была ли она проведена???? Мне обещали, что в понедельник 30.11 со мной свяжется руководство, никто не связался, хотя сегодня уже 3.12. Постояльцы отеля, будьте осторожны, прислушивайтесь к собственным ощущениям и если что, бегите к врачу. Ещё один момент, этих прекрасных живностей можно привести к себе домой… естественно, я выкинула все постельное белье, пижаму в которой была, выкинула все подушки, одеяла и матрасы. Пришлось срочно все это покупать новое на всю семью, сумма оказалась кругленькая. Я действительно ждала звонка руководства отеля, я считаю, мне должны были принести извинения не только на словах, а самое главное, уверить, что ошибка исправлена. Этого не последовало, так что получайте отзыв на Трип Эдвайзор, учитывая, что это правда. Вот такие бывают опасные командировки, теперь каждый раз буду думать укусят меня или нет, хотя я останавливаюсь только в дорогих сетевых отелях.

The choice was pancakes, various bakery, cushion, eggs, vegetables, sausages, cheeses, tea, coffee. From the downsides - location, not in the most beautiful area, but in five-ten minutes walking you can come to a great area where the museum of the house and museums of the wives of the Decemberists are located. Hotel staff is welcome: can help carry bags and cook breakfast before you. And if you leave very early, they will gather lunch boxes with food. In general, for your price the hotel is very good, definitely advise!

My experience was excellent on any level- from the nice and helpful staff, the clean and the nice room, to the location of the hotel in the downtown. The hotel have small coffee shop with great service as well. They provide outstanding value for money if you ask me.

Due to the night to Irkutsk, the hotel is very close to the airport, very satisfied with the hotel: the hotel lobby environment is good!
