Perfectly located hotel. For me it has a problem, there is a lot of noise. I had to ask to change my room, but even so on a higher floor there was still noise. The best thing about the hotel is all its staff, both reception and room cleaning, restaurant, etc. Very professional and extremely friendly

Regarding this hotel I have many observations which are: Check-in: Upon arrival everything was slow; And the worst of all is that the hotel did not have a bellboy nearby who could help us at the moment. After a while they helped us. Breakfast: The rate has American breakfast included. However; They only gave us the option of a hot drink, eggs, juice and bread. But the American breakfast includes a fruit plate, ham and cheese. We were able to get through that. However, this is where my bad experience began; The staff who serve the restaurant are quite apathetic. We had breakfast on Nov 4 at 8:30 am where we placed the order however everything arrived late; The waiter seemed more lost, he brought me the juice after 15 minutes, the coffee and the eggs arrived at 9:15, more than half an hour waiting for such a simple breakfast. Totally disappointed in the service. It is noticeable that there is no maitre d' in the room because the staff is totally careless; nor say hello, and if you are not a table that belongs to their area; They see you raise your hand and they don't pay any attention to you. And the worst thing was there weren't even people to at least understand. Request a late check out; The receptionist assigned me room 103 and then we all put our suitcases in this room.
