Regarding this hotel I have many observations which are: Check-in: Upon arrival everything was slow; And the worst of all is that the hotel did not have a bellboy nearby who could help us at the moment. After a while they helped us. Breakfast: The rate has American breakfast included. However; They only gave us the option of a hot drink, eggs, juice and bread. But the American breakfast includes a fruit plate, ham and cheese. We were able to get through that. However, this is where my bad experience began; The staff who serve the restaurant are quite apathetic. We had breakfast on Nov 4 at 8:30 am where we placed the order however everything arrived late; The waiter seemed more lost, he brought me the juice after 15 minutes, the coffee and the eggs arrived at 9:15, more than half an hour waiting for such a simple breakfast. Totally disappointed in the service.
