Hermoso Hotel, este año fui dos veces a Iquique, en enero y volví en abril, tan buen hotel que las dos veces me hospedé en el mismo, el personal excelente, muy buena atención, muy gentiles, amables y atentos a cualquier circunstancia, las habitaciones impecables. El desayuno muy bueno, el salón comedor muy agradable, las dos oportunidades me toco habitaciones que dan hacia la plaza con una vista muy agradable, tengo pensado volver en octubre o noviembre de este año, seguramente voy a hospedarme en el mismo hotel, no lo dejo más. Saludos a todos y nos veremos pronto, les mando un gran abrazo a todo el personal q me hicieron sentir como en mi casa

Excelente ubicación del hotel, frente a carabineros, a la plaza centra de la cuidad y al paseo Baquedano. Excelente atención y disposición del personal. El único problema que encontré, fue que no tienen estacionamiento para los huéspedes, pero todo lo demás, totalmente recomendable

Empiezo destacando la calidad humana, encantadoras y amable el personal, en especial recepción que es muy importante pq es la entrada. Dormitorio muy cómodo, cama y almohada exquisitas, bien ubicado, excelente desayuno, variado y de buena calidad. Impecable el hotel. Todo un 10/10.

Este Hotel ya no es lo que era, si bien el personal, sigue siendo excelente, la nueva administración deja mucho que desear, algo tan básico, como el desayuno Buffet, tiene lo mínimo, ahora nisiquiera tiene chumbeque, un dulce tradicional de la zona. me gustaba mucho este hotel antes de pandemia iba todos los años, ahora no se si poder volver, solo volvería, por el personal, del restaurant y recepción, que son un amor.

La cama exquisita, espaciosa y muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio, la habitación amplia. El sector tranquilo. Mi hijo estuvo encantado lo disfruto al máximo sesión de fotos incluida. Las personas de recepción y cocina muy amables en todo momento.
