With a waterfront location somewhat secluded from central Iquique, stays at this property are quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere inside is dated, but I observed cleanliness throughout the building. The staff at reception and the restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (breakfast available free with certain room rates)) were professional and friendly, perhaps not the American-style outgoing type but still kind and helpful. I was able to pay a reasonable fee to upgrade to a room facing the water, which I was very content about; my king room was clean, spacious, and super quiet. Renovations would be the next step to making the rooms even better, though. I would return to the NH Costa if I’m in Iquique again! And for my very first experience in an NH hotel, my interest in the brand is piqued!

Fue un hermoso hospedaje, con vista al mar y exquisito desayuno buffet. El personal fue muy atento con nosotros. Mencionar igual que disfrutamos mucho la piscina y la cama cómoda. Además de ser muy céntrico para pasear por la plata e incluso asistir a eventos como la fiesta de la chilenidad en septiembre. Muy agradecidos con todo.

Servicio de excelencia, el personal muy atento siempre. Destaco la atención de la señora Marta por las mañanas en el restaurante y el señor Alexis en la recepción, ellos me han tratado como si fuera parte de su familia. Eternamente agradecida, espero pronto volver.( Las duchas funcionan perfectamente).

Excelentes instalaciones y la vista. Habitación grande, espaciosa, bien distribuida y la cama es muy comoda. Lo mejor es la atención cordial y siempre bien predispuesta de su personal. Les recomiendo Karina y Brenda en el comedor, por su simpatía, educación y rapidez para atendernos. La pileta es muy linda y con buena vista y hay un deck bar muy bien servido.
