We were ordered out of our room 20 minutes before the check out time of 10.00. The house keeper came knocking on our door demanding us to leave. She then proceeded to reporting us to the duty manger who called our room and told us we had three minutes vacate the room. We went to the front desk and confirmed that it we still had more than 15 minutes before the cut off 10.00. She however apologised.

After driving nearly 10 hours from Sydney , I was looking forward to a good nights sleep . Alas - that didn’t happen - due to the busy road metres away from my bed. I attempted to stuff toilet paper in my ears to deafen the sound. The rooms are tired and reminiscent of the Bates Motel - sleep in your car …….it will be more satisfying !

I have just checked in to the hotel and am disappointed to find that the pool, which was a primary reason for my booking, is closed. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room is not up to standard, with hairs in the bathroom sink and bath, and splashes on the mirror. The kettle is also full of limescale. I would not recommend this hotel to others and would have chosen a different one had I known the pool was closed.

Dirty floors, dirt and dust in all the corners, noisy, roaches, fridge didn't work properly, no saucers to the cups, tiny water glasses, no water jug, no crockery or cutlery in room for eating in. If you have to stay, check your room first.

Despite two personal conversations this was a disappointment Booking in was a concern The room was not what we had expected The management of account was unusual and a tad worrying Why does this space require 200?

The manager and his wife rang me in my room and wrongly accused me of very detrimental and scaring accusations. I booked this room for some downtime before major surgery, and instead it was an extremely stressful experience. I would never recommend any single female to ever stay at this place.

I booked a one bedroom apartment and paid a very high rate for two nights. This apartment had been renovated recently but there was mould in the tiny bathroom, the bed and the lounge was uncomfortable. There is no balcony and the windows open onto a courtyard looking into the opposite apartment High traffic noise but glad that we were at the back of the block

Although slightly in the higher range the cost is still reasonable given closeness to the city. Staff are friendly and obliging. Went out of there way to assist me in a time of personal need and assisted me greatly.
