Upon arriving at the resort we received a room upgrade to a bungalow and had an incredible experience, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful, the drinks were delicious. All requests were promptly responded to. Definitely one of the best places I've ever visited!! I would come back a thousand times.

Summerville was the first property I visited in Brazil, and although I couldn’t stay initially due to a booking error, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even finding a nearby hotel for me. One of the managers suggested I email to see if I could have the night replaced or discounted for a future stay. However, after some back and forth, another mistake with my reservation left me without accommodations again. That’s when Mayara from guest relations stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and immediately offered me a complimentary room—without hesitation. Not only that, but she ensured my family of four had an unforgettable experience! We were upgraded to a bungalow and treated like royalty. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself is perfect for families with kids. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food and drinks are outstanding. Summerville turned what started as a frustrating experience into an incredible one. Now that’s how you wow a guest!

In general holte is very good, personal attention, rooms, cleanliness, food, pools, main problem for me that I like the beach instead of the pool is that location is just in front of a reef and going to the beach needs you need to travel
