Pros:
Hotel near supermarket, restaurant.
Cons:
The room does not have a fridge. Very thick pillow & hard type mattress. There is a blood stain on the blanket.
Oh yes, iron has to be requested in the lobby.

The hotel name was not correct in the check-in slip, so I had trouble finding it even with the Waze app, it was sent to another hotel owned by the same company, and I had to ask 3 people to find out where it was located, it was very difficult to find! Then when I checked in and asked about the hotel name, the Manager was very ignorant by telling me "next time enter the name...". This is an unreasonable stupidity because I followed the booking receipt (check-in slip). I have been from Selama, Kedah for an engagement ceremony all day and this problem due to the incorrect name changed my mood. I DO NOT recommend it if you want to go on vacation and sightseeing because of the ignorant staff and no sympathy for guests/customers!
