Hotel is just fine for those who want to have a short stay. Parking is limited outside of hotel. If you come back late night, be prepared not to have parking or you need to park a bit far or behind hotel building. Aircond is not cold since this is old hotel. No breakfast provided. Overall, suitable for short stay.

Hotel was strategic,near to the restaurant, easy to find food, near to mall,hospital, everything was fastantic, except cannot use online bank in for depoait check in..other than that was fantastic❤️❤️

I was quite worried coz this is my first time staying here but everything is easy & fast check in...very good & friendly staff,strategic location. Sure to stay again in future.

the room is okay. tidy but the price is a little expensive.. the room is just like a budget oyo hotel but the hotel is expensive.. but it's okay.. the toilet is a little dirty.. crusty

The hotel selling my room to other guest without notify.the hotel claimed that they did not get confirmation from agoda but when i called agoda then only hotel said the just recieved where else agoda confirm my booking already confirm and i fully paid..beware of the hotel.the director said they sell the room to other guest if i no show up at 1am..but i call around 9 something to inform i going to be late but sadly the director telling me..oh no no room..we fully booked..how can the do this to guest .i have to call here and there just to fix and to find new hote and the hotel just do nothing about this..even though i got full refund from agoda but the hassle that i facing worst and its at night.i think this hotel only thinking of the profit and just lied to guest.please beware of this hotel..this is scammer..without notice the can just sell your room to other and make my life miserable and the director lied about all that she told.m going to write to higher authority.

Terrible experience: I booked this hotel for 4 days trip with my wife Location wise it’s good but that’s doesn’t matter because we were not able to sleep all 4 nights due to smell There was too much cigarette smell inside the hotel and as well as inside the my room All the Amenities provided inside room was very very old We also observed that whenever we went outside our hotel for the city tour hotel staff was coming inside to our room for service without informing us which is a bit unprofessional

We have found there’s a guest on the same floor who smoked in the room. This has caused the smell and we apologize for this experience. As for the staff going into the room, it’s normal practice for housekeeping maids to clean the room everyday without having to inform the guests of the cleaning time. We hope you can consider Fair Park Hotel again, this time please call us and ask for our renovated rooms. We assure you will not be disappointed again as we have improved the amenities in the renovated rooms. Fair Park Hotel.

this hotel is located centrally in ipoh near the sports stadiums, and some of the rooms have undergone renovation. The lobby has also has new design based themes and looks fresh and artistic. I stayed in one of the Art Rooms and found it clean, spacious and equipped with furniture (there's an armchair). The bathroom is clean and well-maintained as well. The wifi connection could've been better was adequate. Overall in terms of value of money I found this a great stay.
