Convenient location and nearby to Concubine Lane. The only challenge is the usual limited car park space.

The room was good and comfortable. However, the bathroom was quite small and the shower area felt rather dark. Towels provided were a bit thin and could be improved in quality.
On the positive side, the security guard was very helpful in assisting with our luggage, which we truly appreciated. One thing to note is that check-out is at Level 12 instead of the lobby, which may be slightly confusing for first-time guests.

Clean and newly renovated room.. The only down side is lack of parking space onsite. They did provide car park at another building with shutter service

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, near the city and easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were good, suitable for business travellers. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Food:
Breakfast is good, more food choice is better, suggest change the butter spread to individual pack real butter, coffee machine dont have latte/cappucino option, after mix with seperate milk, my coffee turned cold.
Services:
Good services from Alya and other server.
Stay:
Comfort room, limited parking but im lucky because i travel during the weekdays so less crowd. No cooler, no bottled water

Nice location and average room, but checkin process is terrible: we came before checkin time around 12:00 and got message "room is not yet ready, please come back at 13:30"
After city tour (Ipoh is amazing!) we came back at 14:30 and "room is not ready, please wait 15-20 minutes more". It would be more fair to say "no checking before 15 00"
Checkin took about 10 minutes - lots of papers, half of them for 50 MYR deposit , 2 people at reception was busy , while we was looking at them. And obviously - they had all of our data long before we arrived- our passports was scanned twice after first visit
After we left, I got notification about automatic sign in into their loyalty system and already get two vouchers on email for free coffee (after 2 days after checkout). BTW as for coffee- when I as waiting in their lobby I asked for it get charged 10 MYR
So, hotel and room good, as expected, but management - no, they are thinking about their KPI, not not the guests

Not provide water bottle, slippers though all these stated in the room description. Booked family room for 3 pax but toothpaste kit only for 2. 😓
Won’t come back again. Limited parking bay in the building. Need to walk across two main roads while shuttle bus not yet on service before 8am.
