Hotel com boa estrutura, sauna, piscina, o apartamento que fiquei é muito bom, amplo, com hidromassagem, dois quartos, dois banheiros, sala de TV, mini cozinha com micro-ondas e frigobar, tinha tudo para ser muito bom, mas... O check-in estava programado para as 14h, porém só consegui entrar no apartamento às 17h, porque o staff havia ”esquecido” de limpar o apartamento, tive que esperar na recepção, no momento relatei minha insatisfação pois perdi 3 horas na minha diária, solicitei um late check-out para compensar e me foi negado e nem um desconto na diária me foi oferecido. Para completar minha insatisfação o café da manhã é muito fraco, tanto em qualidade quanto em variedade, incompatível com o valor da diária, fiquei sabendo que ele é terceirizado, mas isso não é problema meu. Em suma, o hotel tem boa estrutura, mas lhe falta um gerenciamento adequado.
