We were surprised by how nice and clean. Came in late after George Strait concert.

very clean small hotel with local feel. breakfast was very good. nice sized pool and hot tub for exercise and relaxation. noisy heat/ac unit in room made for a restless night, however as it started and stopped all night long to keep the room at the desired temperature. also, no elevator so we made numerous trips up and down the stairs from the second floor when our keys failed to work and the desk attendant was obviously not trained to re-key.

There was a woman who took care of registration for us, but also repaired a cable cord on our tv, brought us a different tv remote, stayed overnight and took care of the breakfast chores, cleaned up, and was always friendly with everyone! I can’t say enough good things about this valuable employee! Thank you.

Always stay at Americ inn when I’m in Iowa falls to see family. Great hotel, very accommodating

The door near our room is inoperable and no shower curtain in the room!

We had a really nice overnight stay. The room was very good. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. We will stay again and look for this brand in the future.

Nice place to stay for Iowa State game, about 50 minutes away.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the indoor pool and hot tub area was nice. Downtown Iowa Falls is quaint.

The most uncomfortable beds to sleep in.
