Hotel Petradi

This is the best hotel I have ever been to. Dimitra and her amazing staff create a home from home in this beautiful hotel on this incredible Island. I have been to many hotels and I can honestly say this has been the best experience all round. The hotel is immaculate, the facilities are fantastic, the food is delicious and everyone who works there treats you like family and they cannot do enough for you. I would even go there on my own it’s so wonderful. I am very sad to leave them all and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you all so so much.

The view from this lovely hotel is stunning, and the warm welcome from Dimitra and her team made us feel immediately at home here. Nothing is too much trouble and every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. Located a short walk down to the beach or up to the Chora it is perfect. The pool area looks out across the beautiful bay and is great to just sit and enjoy or on the terrace where the friendly team of Tassos and Athina serve drinks with a smile. The rooms are clean and spacious and our room had a balcony overlooking the crystal clear waters of Mylopotas bay. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel in Ios. We will be back again!!! Hotel Petradi gave us the best hotel stay we've ever had, the hospitality and customer service was out of this world. Dimitra, Despina, Irina, Tassos, and the whole team were the most welcoming and warmest we could have ever wished for. We had a group of 30+ people in Ios for a wedding and most of them were staying with us at Hotel Petradi. From the very outset they couldn't do enough for us and were constantly working away to make our stay perfect. I have lost count of the number of little touches that made the stay so special, they are a truly wonderful bunch of human beings. They bought us wedding gifts, gave us free drinks, cokes and juices for the kids, wines and spirits for the adults, they booked taxis, restaurants, they played with the kids and made them laugh, they solved problems, moved us around if other accommodation suited us better, they even offered myself and my wife an upgraded villa and spent the previous day preparing it for us, at no extra cost. Every single thing they did was based around making our family feel a part of their family and we loved it. Apart from the hospitality side, the hotel itself is amazing. It is such a pretty hotel perched on the side a cliff with stunning views across the bay. There are two pools, a deeper one for adults and a shallower one for kids, we had young children with us so this was perfect. All in all we had the most amazing week and were very sad to go. We will definitely be coming back to see more of the island, which is itself is also beautiful and much more reasonably priced than neighbouring Santorini. We will absolutely be staying at Hotel Petradi when we do come back. Thank you Hotel Petradi for a magical stay and treating us like your own.

My stay at the petradi hotel can only be defined by one word, terrible, I found the owners to be extremely disrespectful and they treated us horribly, one night I had a wound and a bit of blood seeped on to the sheets, for this I was given a 30 minute talk with the owner screaming at me. I found cockroaches in my room as well as centipedes and ants. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to have a good time in iOS I would avoid this hotel. It’s dirty, mismanaged and overall a horrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM PETRADI.

Wow!! While searching for a hotel in IOS for our family, we chose the Hotel Petradi. From the first communication with Despenia to Demetra and the rest of her staff, they made our stay absolutely wonderful! The views are simply amazing, the area is right in the middle of everything. Great suggestions on where to go if you had questions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was nothing short of fantastic. I would 100% recommend Petradi!

This hotel is wonderful. Looks as advertised. Beautiful view and pool and the breakfast included was great. The rooms themselves were very basic but clean and spacious. It is located in a great spot on Milopotas Beach. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach or a few minutes if you rent an ATV or scooter. The walk is quite steep and dark in the evening so an ATV is recommended. The staff and owner at Petradi were very helpful. They picked us up from the ferry port, gave lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit, and arranged an ATV rental company (Costa's Moto Club) to come pick us up and drive us to the pick up spot where we could rent it. The two women who work the front desk were always available to help us with our plans and the couple working the bar and breakfast area were so wonderful, it was sad to leave. I would definitely go back here.
