I stayed at the hotel once a week every Tuesday from 11/2021-01/2022. On 01/25/2022, my flight from Athens was canceled due to extreme weather conditions and in the chaos of managing snow emergency conditions, I neglected to cancel my reservation for the same day. At 4:00 AM IN THE MORNING 26/01/2022 I was woken up by a phone call from the Head Office, where in an insolent and abusive tone, the speaker (the owner or someone under his command) wanted to know if the room could be made available the NEXT DAY to someone else. Apparently the customer was not there and the call was made in the early hours of the morning to annoy me!!!! It was the icing on the cake of the owner's overall lousy behavior these months, which I should have addressed sooner (I didn't because the staff were polite). He obviously thinks he is doing the tenants a big favor as if there are no other hotels with better facilities than his!!!!! Look for another hotel, anywhere else is better!
