The first room we were allocated had a bad cigarette smell. It had a balcony but the windows and doors were locked shut as it was right at street level. We asked to change rooms - initially the host was rude saying no other rooms were available - when we said we would leave they offered another room. Toilet was was not functioning properly and the sofa bed (my son slept in) was uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok - not great. At check-out we were faced by the same rude guy. Not even a “goodbye” or a “thank you”. Only plus for me was the underground parking.

We were sorry to find that it was not what we expected. Stifling room with no window, no balcony. It smelled strongly of cigarettes as soon as we entered. Burnt light bulb, our sheet had a hole in it, the towel rack was broken. Its good: good location, close to all services. has underground parking.

I stayed at the hotel once a week every Tuesday from 11/2021-01/2022. On 01/25/2022, my flight from Athens was canceled due to extreme weather conditions and in the chaos of managing snow emergency conditions, I neglected to cancel my reservation for the same day. At 4:00 AM IN THE MORNING 26/01/2022 I was woken up by a phone call from the Head Office, where in an insolent and abusive tone, the speaker (the owner or someone under his command) wanted to know if the room could be made available the NEXT DAY to someone else. Apparently the customer was not there and the call was made in the early hours of the morning to annoy me!!!! It was the icing on the cake of the owner's overall lousy behavior these months, which I should have addressed sooner (I didn't because the staff were polite). He obviously thinks he is doing the tenants a big favor as if there are no other hotels with better facilities than his!!!!! Look for another hotel, anywhere else is better!

Hôtel très bien situé à 3-4 minutes des rues commerçantes et des quartiers animés (bars, restaurants). Pour y accéder en voiture, regardez sur le site internet qui fournit les explications. Garage gratuit à côté de l’hôtel en sous-sol. Chambres confortables plutôt récentes mais assez basiques ; salle de bain refaite récemment pour la notre. Nous avions la chambre la plus haute de l’hôtel (5e étage) avec une vue sur le lac mais ça ne doit pas être le cas pour la majorité. Très calme mais nous étions seuls à notre étage. Wifi Nous sommes restés une semaine ; le petit déjeuner est toujours le même et franchement pas bon ; ni fruit, ni yaourt ce qui est étonnant en Grèce. C’est le seul vrai bémol. Accueil est correct mais variable selon les gens qui sont présents. Nous avions contacté directement l’hôtel pour notre séjour (prix attractifs). Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Κεντρικό, όπως και το όνομα του με άνετα και πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια. Στο πρωινό, τα βασικά με ζεστό τοστ και φρεσκομαγειρεμένη ομελέτα συν τα υπόλοιπα (καφέ χυμό βούτυρο φρυγανισμενο ψωμί). Αξίζει 100% τα λεφτά του. Θα το επισκεφτώ και την επόμενη φορά.
