Palladion located in thr centre and is very old hotel. But the room was huge with nice ac and fridge. Also has a restaurant and the prices are very good. The hotel has huge parking The personnel is very nice and helpful For a couple of nights is good

Our room was extremely basic and sparsely furnished. In dire need of renovation. There wasn't even a carpet or rug on the floor in November. When I complained the member of staff merely commented that not all the rooms had been renovated. 65 euros for one night including a very basic cold buffet breakfast.

Location Location was good, near to cafes, supermarket and medical stores. However it’s bit far from the lake side. Rooms Rooms were very big with all the facilities. Breakfast was normal nothing special. Staff We had some issues with the toilet flush on one morning and when I informed the same to the hotel staff I was surprised with their response. Instead of helping or give me a some assurance that it will be fixed later the response from the front desk was “what we can do about it “. Common guys when your guest is in trouble with the hotel facilities you cannot give a response like this. This is a very good example how one hotel staff behavior can create a negative impression on you. I’m a traveler for the past 10 years or so and this is the first time a hotel staff responding to me like this.

We went for two days with my husband and our 3-month-old baby. We had a good time!! Prompt service and they offered us a baby cot for the baby... The room was clean, the floor was a little creaky, but everything was fine! When entering the corridors and later in the room, the carpets smelled....not bad, but they were shouting that we want to refresh right away....a bit bad though....We didn't have the crazy demands either. The heating is on full blast. The breakfast, simple, modest. It could have been better. Centrally located, about 7-10 minutes on foot from the center. We went everywhere with the stroller. There is a parking issue in Ioannina. So the ideal is to leave your car in the hotel parking lot. I would recommend it for anyone to go. We would go again. !

Ήταν μια απελπιστική εμπειρία. Μου είχε μείνει η εντύπωση που πριν 23 χρόνια είχα ξαναπάει και τότε όλα ήταν καινούρια και ωραία στα δωμάτια και πίστευα ότι θα είναι ανακαινισμένο. Απογοήτευση όμως. Το δωμάτιο λες και είμασταν στη δεκαετία του 80. Αν και φθινόπωρο κράταγε ακόμα ζέστη και το βράδυ αν έκλεινες το παράθυρο στο μικροσκοπικό σε τετραγωνικά δωμάτιο έσκαγες. Το να ανοίξεις εφόσον δεν είχε σίτες, παρά μόνο παλιά πατζούρια και παλιά ρολά, αμέσως στην καλύτερη σε έτρωγαν τα κουνούπια. Για να μην πούμε ότι ακριβώς από κάτω είναι οι κάδοι του κέντρου, άρα δεν ήξερες τι άλλο από αράχνες, κατσαρίδες, ποντίκια, νυχτερίδες θα έμπαινε τελικά στο δωμάτιο όσο κοιμόσουν. Το AC έκανε σαν χαλασμένο καράβι, φοβόσουν για την συντήρησή του και δεν σε άφηνε να κοιμηθείς. Τα κρεβάτια από το 80 και αυτά τρίζαν. Οι ντουλάπες απίστευτα παλιακές. Ένα ψυγείο που η πόρτα του ήταν ξύλινη, σαν συνέχεια κάποιου ντουλαπιού και με ρημαγμένους μεντεσέδες. Το μπάνιο ένα τετραγωνικό όλο κι όλο, με βρώμικη κουρτίνα μπάνιου, που δεν μπορούσες καν να πας στη λεκάνη χωρίς να σε ακουμπήσει. Δεν ήθελες να πλυθείς καν, γιατί ένιωθες σε αυτό το τετράγωνο ότι κάπως θα λερωθείς. Πραγματικά 2 αγωνιώδεις ώρες ύπνου, πήγα κέντρο για να έχω μάρκετ και πιάτσες ταξί κοντά και τελικά το πρωί έφυγα για προάστειο με κάθε κόστος μεταφοράς, χωρίς να με νοιάζει από το πόσο ψυχικά κακοποιήθηκα. Τα θετικά είναι μόνο ότι ασανσέρ, ρεσεψιόν και ενδιάμεσοι χώροι φαίνονται αξιοπρεπείς και το προσωπικό είναι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό.

Κεντρικό ξενοδοχειο, όλα σε κοντινή απόσταση! Καθαρά δωμάτια! Μας έδωσαν πολύ μεγάλο δωμάτιο για τους 4 μας και τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ για αυτό! Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια! Το ξενοδοχειο είχε δικό του δωρεάν πάρκινγκ, κάτι παρα πολύ σημαντικό για το κέντρο της πόλης!

Επισκεφτήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο αυτό για σχολική εκδρομή και έχω να πω πως ήταν πολύ κακή εμπειρία , πολύ αγενές προσωπικό τα δωμάτια είναι καθαρά και σχετικά ευρύχωρα αλλά το προσωπικό με απογοήτευσε παρά πολύ. Παρόλα αυτα το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό αλλά τα βραδινό κατά την γνώμη μου δεν αξίζει.
